Terms of Service

By using Kamagi Studios' services, you agree to the following terms. These ensure a smooth process for both parties and clarify what you can expect from us.

Services Provided

  • Kamagi Studios offers Sound Design, Video Editing, and Website Development for content creators.

  • All services are provided on a case-by-case basis, and project details are discussed before work begins.

  • Kamagi Studios reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Upon full payment, the client has full rights to the final deliverables.

  • Kamagi Studios may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise.

  • Raw project files (e.g., unedited audio, project files) are not provided unless previously discussed.

Turnaround Times

  • Estimated delivery times are discussed at the start of the project.

  • If unexpected delays occur, Kamagi Studios will inform the client as soon as possible.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is required when work has been completed.

  • All services payed for is final.

  • client has 2 weeks, from the date the invoice has been sent, to pay said invoice or a non-compounding late fee of 15% will be added to the invoice total the day after the due date has passed, then every month thereafter

  • Invoices will be sent, via email, provided by HelloBonsai.

Communication & Support

  • All communication regarding projects will be handled through the method determined before project has started.

  • Kamagi Studios aims to respond to inquiries and revision requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 2 days.

  • Support is available for minor fixes or clarifications after project completion, but extensive post-project changes may require additional payment.

Revisions & Edits

  • Each service includes four (4) revisions.

  • An additional $2.00 will be added for every revision thereafter.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide necessary materials, such as scripts, footage, website details, etc., in a timely manner.

  • Delays in communication or material submission may affect turnaround times.

Limitation of Liability

  • Kamagi Studios is not responsible for how the final deliverables are used after completion.

  • While we strive for high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as engagement rates, website traffic, or video performance.
